Returns

All items are insured in transit to and from your home or office, so in the unlikely event your purchase gets damaged, return it to us for a replacement.

As an Equilibrium customer you have approximately 21 days to request an exchange or refund on items. From the point of purchase you have 21 days to return the product to us so that we may dispatch a replacement.

So for example, if you decide to return the product it must be posted back to us, in its original packaging, unopened and unused by the latest 14 days after purchase. Therefore, if you bought it on the 3rd, regardless of when you receive it, you must return post it by the latest 5pm on the 17th. If seals are broken, we can only exchange your item.

Refunds will be made on unopened items and onto your card within 5 days of your return being received.

Cheques payments will be refunded by cheque within 10 days of your return being received.
