Returns

Equilibrium offers a 28 day returns policy, if your purchase is damaged or defective return it to us for a replacement.

If you decide to return the product for a Refund, it must be posted back to us in its original packaging, unopened.

If seals are broken, we can only exchange your item.

We do not refund postage and packaging costs.

Refunds will be made onto your card within 5 days of your return being received.

Cheques payments will be refunded by cheque within 10 days of your return being received.

When posting an item back to us ensure you get proof of purchase from the Post Office
